A reefer on a nine-tonne chassis, for anyone who finds a four-metre body too small. The JAC N90: a Cummins ISF3.8 with 152 hp and 491 N·m, air brakes, 9,030 kg gross weight, 4,300 kg payload. A 5,200 mm body with a Carrier Citimax 500 means intercity and regional delivery: Almaty to Taraz and Shymkent, wholesale depots, chains loading by pallet.

More about the design on the page refrigerated vans.
A JAC N90 refrigerated van bridges the gap between the medium and heavy classes. The Cummins ISF3.8s5154 delivers 491 N·m from 1,200 rpm — the truck holds the highway with a full body and does not run out of breath on passes. Air brakes with ABS and a 3,845 mm wheelbase make a long haul noticeably calmer than the hydraulics of a four-tonner.
The chassis payload is 4,300 kg. After the refrigerated body and unit, about three and a half tonnes of usable cargo remain: eight to ten Euro pallets depending on the loading pattern. If you need less volume, look at a JAC N56; if you need a six-metre body and a tail lift, at a JAC N120.
On this project a Carrier Citimax 500 of end-mounted design, with the condenser unit on the front wall of the body. The model is rated for bodies of this volume and holds a range of −20 to +12 °C: suitable for deep freezing, for chilled goods and for pharmaceuticals. COND is the official Carrier dealer in Kazakhstan, and the warranty and servicing are arranged at the factory. On request an Elinge or Kaida is fitted.
A 50, 80 or 100 mm sandwich panel of our own manufacture, frameless — no thermal bridges along the ribs. Loading is through rear swing doors with a folding step; the doors swing back to the sides and lock there, so the truck backs up to a dock and is loaded by forklift. The floor is chequered aluminium and the inner lining is continuous, with no protruding ribs for a pallet to tear.

The vehicle is built on a JAC N90 chassis with a 3,845 mm wheelbase. The engine is Cummins ISF3.8s5154 diesel, Euro 5, 152 hp (112 kW). Gross weight 9,030 kg, so the driver needs a category C licence.
This is a refrigerated — a body with a heating/refrigeration unit; externally the body is 5,200 mm.
The interior lining is galvanised sheet. Doors: rear swing doors with a folding step.
The refrigeration unit is Carrier Citimax 500. Operating range: from −20 to +12 °C.
Walls and ceiling are lined with galvanised sheet — the factory standard for a van body: it shrugs off moisture, takes a pallet-corner knock and is replaced in sections rather than whole panels.
This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.
If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Chevrolet Labo, DongFeng C31, FAW 1027, GAZelle Business 3302. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.
Leave your contact details — we will confirm availability/lead time and quote a price.
