Elinge C4 reefer on an Iveco Daily 70C15 chassis
Refrigerated van on an Italian distribution chassis: a 6.2-metre body 2.4 m wide — a europallet fits across and a gangway remains between the rows. The cold is held by the unit Elinge C4 above the cab — the model is legible on the badge and there is a shot of it in the gallery. Hinged doors at the rear, side underrun protection along both sides and reflective contour marking.
New Iveco Daily are not currently supplied to Kazakhstan, so we do not build a turnkey truck on this marque. If you already own an Iveco, we will fit the body and the refrigeration unit to it; our other chassis are in the “Vehicles” section.

How this body is built
The project is based on a Iveco Daily 70C15 (the cab badge reads 70-150) chassis.
This is a refrigerated body, sandwich panel; externally the body is 6,200 × 2,400 × 2,400 mm. That leaves 6,000 × 2,200 × 2,200 mm, 100 mm panel inside: the panel thickness is subtracted on every side, floor and ceiling included. Usable volume is 29.0 m³, counted from the internal dimensions rather than by multiplying the external ones. In a single tier that is 11 europallets.
Doors: hinged rear.
The refrigeration unit is Elinge C4, over-cab. Fitted equipment: side underrun protection, rear underrun bar.

Who it suits
A body with a refrigeration unit carries anything perishable: meat and fish, dairy, ready meals, flowers, medicines. The unit holds the set temperature while parked too, so the truck also suits distribution runs with long stops. Usable volume here is 29.0 m³ — the block below estimates the load in pallets.

This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.

How many pallets fit
A standard 1,200 × 800 mm europallet, single tier, no restacking. Internal dimensions with a 50 mm laying allowance — a pallet will not go in dead tight.
