A drop-side platform is loaded from above or through the tailgate. A sliding tarpaulin opens the entire side: the tarpaulin moves to the cab, the sides drop, and a forklift or a person places a pallet anywhere on the platform. That changes loading time at the ramp and lets you carry long loads that will not go in through the tailgate.
The frame is galvanised profile — the zinc holds at cut edges too, so the rim does not start rusting after the first knock from cargo. PVC fabric at 650 g/m² does not stretch out as fast as light 500 g/m² tarpaulins and stays more supple in the cold.
