Quote is based on body, chassis and temperature range.
Steel workbenches and racking for tools and spares, with everything secured for the road.
A generator, 220 V sockets and work-area lighting — the workshop does not depend on an external grid.
An autonomous heater — work in winter at any sub-zero temperature.
Bright lighting of the work zones and extraction for welding and painting jobs.
Loading height to suit the job, steps, handrails, anti-slip floor.
Welding stations, compressors, machine tools — the fit-out is assembled around the tasks of the service.
A mobile repair unit, a mobile workshop, a service van — different names for the same body. Such vehicles differ not by name but by fit-out, and the fit-out follows the work the crew does on site.
| The crew’s task | What determines the body |
|---|---|
| Welding work | a welding station, extraction over the work area, non-combustible finish around the station, spare generator capacity |
| Fitting and repair work | steel benches, tool racking that holds the load in motion, lighting above the work area |
| Mobile tyre fitting | a compressor, a loading height suited to a wheel, a non-slip floor, a wide opening and steps |
| Winter work and work at a field site | an independent heater, an insulated body, and 220 V power without an external supply |
| Work far from base | a stock of spares on the racking, and a chassis with the off-road ability and payload required |
The body of a mobile workshop is built on the same frame and panels as the standard vans, so it is insulated and holds its internal temperature: in winter the heater does not work in vain, and in summer the work area does not overheat.

The layout of the body is designed around the specific work and tools.
JAC, GAZ, KamAZ, Hino — chosen for the off-road ability and payload the task requires.
The frame and panels are the same as in COND’s standard bodies — a 10–15 year service life.
