Body requirements for installation

For the unit to reach its rated duty — and for the unit warranty to be valid — the body must be isothermal and airtight, with wall thermal conductivity of no more than 0.4 W/(m·°C) and a triple-chamber door seal profile. On an uninsulated or leaky body the unit will not reach its duty, and the unit warranty does not apply.

FAQ

The Yide factory range of 6 models for reefers: bodies from 8 to 22 m³, freezing down to −18 °C, 12 or 24 V power. R404A refrigerant.
Chilling means down to −8 °C, for chilled products; freezing means down to −18 °C, for frozen cargo. All models in the range (Kaida V-360, Kaida V-560, YD-300E, YD-318E, YD-400, YD-480) are freezer units and can be set to any temperature above that.
The YD-300E and YD-318E are electric units for EVs: an electrically driven compressor powered by the vehicle’s traction battery with 12 V control.
In stock: YD-300E (electric, for EVs), YD-318E (electric, for EVs), YD-400 (24 V), YD-480 (24 V), Kaida V-560 (24 V) and V-360 (12 V) — immediate dispatch. The other models in the range are made to order.
The compressor bracket (made individually for the chassis make), installation work, R404A refrigerant charging and transport to your site.
