MAN is a European chassis for long-haul transport. Chosen for heavy, high-intensity bodies: eurotents and refrigerated semi-trailers for long routes across Kazakhstan and for export.
Certified conversion, not a 'garage' build.
Installation to the manufacturer’s procedure.
Our own design office — we engineer the body for your job.
We have not published our own completed projects on MAN yet: in Kazakhstan this make arrives mainly as a tractor unit rather than as a chassis for a superstructure. That does not mean we will not take the work on — the design of a body does not depend on the make of the chassis; we count by the wheelbase and the permitted axle loads.
To see the level of work on heavy chassis, take a look at our heavy-duty van body: it covers the subframe, the volume calculation and the choice of unit for a large body.
An example on a heavy chassis:A 40+ m³ van body — what to know before ordering
The subframe. A body is never mounted straight onto the frame: a subframe goes between them, spreading the load and absorbing the twisting of the frame on uneven ground. On a heavy chassis with a long wheelbase this is not a formality — without it the panel starts working in bending at the corners.
The body length sets the wheelbase. It has to be counted from the wheelbase and the rear overhang, not from “how much will fit”: overloading the rear axle while the gross weight is formally within limits is the commonest mistake when ordering a long body.
The licence category. Anything above 3,500 kg gross weight requires category C. For heavy chassis that is a given, but it is worth looking at before ordering: a driver with category C takes longer and costs more to find.
Panel thickness and choosing the unit. For a freezing range we take 80 or 100 mm, for an above-zero range 50 is enough. The refrigeration unit is chosen by internal volume and the temperature required, not by the make of the chassis — large bodies get the top models of the Carrier and Elinge ranges.

Yes, we do. We have no published projects on MAN yet — in Kazakhstan the make is more often seen as a tractor unit — but the design of a superstructure does not depend on the make of the chassis: we count by the wheelbase and the axle loads.
Yes. We fit the superstructure according to the chassis manufacturer’s rules and issue documents for the body, so the factory warranty on the chassis stays valid.
The wheelbase, the permitted axle loads, the type of cargo and the temperature range required. From those four figures we name the body length, the panel thickness and the model of the refrigeration unit.
The price depends on the body type, its dimensions, the skin material and the refrigeration unit. We quote for your specific chassis and job — leave a request and a manager will calculate it and get back to you.
Yes. You bring the chassis to us in Almaty yourself; manufacturing takes from 10–14 days. We work with both new dealer vehicles and used ones.
Vehicles with our bodies are serviced through dealer networks across Kazakhstan; the body warranty is from COND.
