Dhollandia and Cadro tail lifts for 1,000, 1,500 and 2,500 kg: sales and installation
A tail lift raises a load from the ground into the body. Loading takes place without a loading dock or forklift. COND supplies and installs Dhollandia and Cadro tail lifts with a lifting capacity of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,500 kg: Dhollandia — cantilever, Cadro — cantilever, tuck-under and column. The version is selected by chassis gross vehicle weight, body type and load. Installation takes 5–7 days depending on the vehicle, at the COND workshop in Almaty (1 Kazybayev St); warranty — 2 years.

Installation at COND
- Measurement of the chassis frame and overhang.

- Installation of the tail lift frame and power unit.
- Connection of the 12/24 V wiring and remote control.

FAQ
A tail lift is a lifting platform at the rear of a truck or van. A hydraulic power unit raises and lowers the platform, and the load moves from the ground to the level of the body floor. Other names: hydraulic lift, hydraulic tailgate, liftgate.
Based on the heaviest single piece of the load together with the trolley or pallet truck. COND fits tail lifts for 1,000, 1,500 and 2,500 kg: 1,000 kg for chassis with a gross vehicle weight up to 7.5 t, 1,500 and 2,500 kg for 7.5–12 t chassis and heavier.
The mass of the tail lift is deducted from the chassis payload. The mass of each version is given in the manufacturer's data sheet and is stated during selection.
Cantilever Dhollandia DH-LM: such tail lifts are fitted to COND refrigerated vans on Hino 500 and JAC N120. Cadro has an aluminium low-temperature tail lift, a version rated to −40 °C.
Dhollandia is a Belgian manufacturer; its series are divided by chassis gross vehicle weight; COND fits Dhollandia in the cantilever version. Cadro is a Chinese manufacturer from Shenzhen, operating since 1995; COND fits Cadro cantilever, tuck-under, retractable and column tail lifts.
5–7 days depending on the vehicle. The lead time is given after the frame is measured and the version is chosen.
Warranty — 2 years.
Yes. Before installation the frame, the frame overhang and the rear edge of the body are checked; these determine the version and mounting.
Dhollandia tail lifts are fitted to 7 COND vehicles: Hino 500, HINO 300, two JAC N120, two Iveco Daily 70C15 and a Mercedes-Benz Actros. The list is in the “COND vehicles with a tail lift” block.
