What is the maximum body that fits on GAZelle Next?

On the standard wheelbase — up to 3,700 mm long (mounting 3,200 + 500 mm overhang), on the extended A21R33 — up to 4,700 mm. Width up to 2,200 mm. The final dimensions are agreed against the axle load.

How many pallets fit in a van on a GAZelle?

A standard 3.2 m body holds 4 europallets 1200×800, an extended 4.2 m one — 6. The exact number depends on body width and panel thickness — calculate it in the configurator above.

What panel thickness is needed?

25 mm — a dry-freight body with no temperature mode; 50 mm — insulated for 0 °C; 80 mm — for −10 °C; 100 mm — freezing at −20 °C allowing for the +40 °C summer.

Is the GAZ warranty preserved after a van is fitted?

Yes. COND is an official body installer: installation follows the manufacturer's guidelines, and the factory 3-year / 200,000 km chassis warranty is preserved.
