Dry freight van on a GAZelle Next — 4,200 × 2,100 × 2,100 mm body

body 4,200 mmcategory Bno temp. control8 europallets

The GAZelle Next is spelled in several ways in Russian-language ads and searches. It is one and the same vehicle.

↔ body 4,200 mm17.4 m³⚖ payload 1,500 kg

A batch of two identical vehicles, shot from a drone. Dry freight body 4,200 × 2,100 × 2,100 mm on the long wheelbase of the GAZelle Next: a 25 mm panel, 4,150 × 2,050 × 2,050 mm inside — that is 17.4 m³ and eight europallets in a mixed layout. The body is dry, with no temperature range: it shields the cargo from rain, dust and sun. At the rear are hinged doors across the full width of the opening; outside the skin is clad steel, with reflective marking around the perimeter. If a taller body is needed, the same van is produced at 2,400 mm high on the 20 m³.

How this body is built

The body is built on a GAZelle NEXT, extended wheelbase 3,745 mm — index A21R32 (Cummins diesel) or A21R33 (UMZ petrol); no LPG system on this batch chassis.

This is a dry-freight (enclosed van body); externally the body is 4,200 × 2,100 × 2,100 mm. That leaves 4,150 × 2,050 × 2,050 mm, 25 mm panel inside: the panel thickness is subtracted on every side, floor and ceiling included. Usable volume is 17.4 m³ (4,150 × 2,050 × 2,050 mm), counted from the internal dimensions rather than by multiplying the external ones. In a single tier that is 8 Euro pallets.

Operating range: no temperature control — protection from precipitation and dust.

What is in the photos

  • Two vehicles from the batch, shooting from a drone
  • Front three-quarter view, body in full
  • Side body along its full length, lining clad metal
  • The hinged rear doors in the whole width the aperture
  • Front view, the cab and marker lamps body
  • Two vehicles from the batch, side view

Who it suits

A dry van is about volume and protection rather than temperature: furniture, appliances, building materials, boxed goods, removals. The cargo is shut away from rain, dust and prying eyes. Usable volume here is 17.4 m³ (4,150 × 2,050 × 2,050 mm) — the block above estimates the load in pallets.

We will build the same — to your size and your chassis

This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.

We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.

If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Foton Aumark (4.2 m), HINO 300 (side opening), Iveco Daily 50C15, JAC N120. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.

How many pallets fit

A standard 1,200 × 800 mm europallet, single tier, no restacking. Internal dimensions with a 50 mm laying allowance — a pallet will not go in dead tight.

The layout scheme is on the right: it shows how the rows sit and how much room is left.

FAQ

FAQ about the GAZelle Next dry-freight van

A closed body with no temperature control: it protects the load from rain, dust and prying eyes. Walls 25–50 mm, clad metal outside, a floor of moisture-resistant plywood.
An internal volume of 17.4 m³ (4,150 × 2,050 × 2,050 mm with a 25 mm panel) — eight europallets: five across the body at 800 mm along it, plus three turned through 90° into the remaining 800 mm of width. Category B — any driver with an ordinary licence.
A dry-freight body is not built to hold a temperature. If you need cold, that is an insulated van or a reefer: a different panel, different doors, a different price.
We price by configuration: body length, wall thickness, doors and fittings. Leave a request or write on WhatsApp and we will send the calculation. COND does not publish prices for bodies.
COND is a factory with its own WMI manufacturer code, so we issue the full set of conversion paperwork and the entry in the vehicle passport.
