Dry-freight body on a Japanese HINO 300 delivery chassis: a body of about six metres with 25 mm walls. Length matters more than tonnes here — the volume runs out before the weight does. Reflective corner markings run around the body, the inside is lined with galvanised sheet, and at the rear there are swing doors across the full width of the opening.
The HINO 300 is a Japanese delivery truck and the one we use most for bodies of 4 to 6 metres. A six-metre body is bought for boxed goods and furniture: the volume runs out before the weight does, so length matters more than tonnes.
