Who it suits

A dry van is about volume and protection rather than temperature: furniture, appliances, building materials, boxed goods, removals. The cargo is shut away from rain, dust and prying eyes.

We will build the same — to your size and your chassis

This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.

We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.

If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Foton Aumark (4.2 m), GAZelle Business 3302, HINO 300 (side opening), Iveco Daily 50C15. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.

FAQ

FAQ about the Kia Bongo K2500 dry-freight body

No. The Kia Bongo K2500 weighs 3,500 kg gross, which is category B: any employee with an ordinary licence can drive it. For courier work, a shop or small wholesale that is the main argument — no need to hunt for a specially licensed driver.
Twin wheels on the rear axle spread the load more evenly and keep the vehicle steadier when fully loaded, especially with the cargo towards the rear wall. If one tyre goes flat, the vehicle still reaches the workshop under its own power.
Galvanised sheet takes knocks during loading and washes down under pressure — the walls do not swell or delaminate the way plywood does. For dry freight, where a pallet truck runs through daily and boxes go in tight, it lasts longer. We fit plywood when weight and price matter more.
The load floor on this vehicle is above waist height, and without a step the loader has to pull himself up every time. The step folds down in a second and tucks under the rear overhang — it does not catch on the route or get in the way when parking.
That is reflective contour marking on the body corners: at night and in bad weather the vehicle outline is visible from a distance. It is standard, along with the mudflaps.
Yes — on the Kia Bongo K2500 we build both insulated and refrigerated bodies; both are in the Vehicles section. The dry-freight body differs in its thin panel: it protects from rain and dust but does not hold temperature.
COND is a factory with its own WMI manufacturer code, so we issue the full set of conversion paperwork and the entry in the vehicle passport.
