Dry-freight body on a JAC N35 (petrol 2.0)

light chassishinged rear doorsmade in Kazakhstan

The simplest and most popular body on a light chassis: dry freight body with no temperature duty. Smooth sides with no protrusions, hinged rear doors with cam-bar locks — they clamp the door along its full height, so the leaf does not warp or rattle on the move. Reflective markings run along the bottom and around the rear doors, with an underrun bar below. The body carries a “Qazaqstanda jasalǵan” badge — it was built at our plant in Almaty.

Who it suits

A dry van is about volume and protection rather than temperature: furniture, appliances, building materials, boxed goods, removals. The cargo is shut away from rain, dust and prying eyes.

We will build the same — to your size and your chassis

This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.

We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.

If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Foton Aumark (4.2 m), GAZelle Business 3302, HINO 300 (side opening), Iveco Daily 50C15. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.

FAQ

FAQ about the JAC X200 dry freight body

In the wall thickness and what is inside it. A dry freight panel is thin and has no insulation: it protects the cargo from rain, dust and prying eyes but does not hold temperature. An insulated van has polystyrene inside and holds cold for several hours. If the cargo is boxes, furniture or building materials, there is no reason to pay for insulation.
The bar clamps the leaf along its full height — top and bottom at once. A plain lock holds the door at a single point, and on a broken road the leaf gradually warps: a gap opens and dust gets into the body. In the photo you can see two bars per leaf — that is the standard on all our bodies, not an option.
The JAC X200 is a light truck for city rounds: boxes, small wholesale, online orders, goods for corner shops. We calculate the exact payload for your body from the specific chassis papers — on light vehicles the rear-axle margin runs out before the space in the body does.
Yes. A dry freight body is not tied to a make: we fit it on the GAZelle, Kia Bongo, FAW 1027, JAC N35 and other light chassis. See the selection — light trucks.
“Made in Kazakhstan”. The body was built at our plant in Almaty rather than imported ready-made. For the buyer that means warranty work and any modification — replacing a seal, moving a door, reworking the mounts — is done here instead of waiting for a delivery from abroad.
It is the most affordable of our bodies — no insulation and no refrigeration unit. The price depends on the dimensions and the fit-out. Leave a request or write on WhatsApp and we will send a quote for your chassis. COND does not publish prices for bodies.
COND is a factory with its own WMI manufacturer code, so we issue the full set of conversion paperwork and the entry in the vehicle passport.
