The COND plant makes and fits bodies on all popular light trucks in Kazakhstan: GAZelle Next and Business, KIA Bongo, Hyundai Porter, FAW and JAC N35. On a category B light truck we fit an insulated van, refrigerator, dry-freight body, curtain-side, bread van or ice-cream van — the body is designed for the specific chassis with the factory warranty preserved. A light truck (mini-truck, light goods vehicle) is a commercial vehicle with a payload of up to about 1.5 tonnes, for which a category B licence is enough. Such vehicles are chosen for economy, city manoeuvrability and a low loading height. COND fits bodies on the whole class — a chassis comparison for the body is below:

The body type depends on the cargo. On a light truck we fit any of the bodies:
A light truck is most often used for food delivery around the city. For chilled goods (dairy, vegetables, drinks) an insulated body with a 50–80 mm panel is enough — it holds temperature for 6–8 hours without a unit. For meat, fish and freezing you need a refrigerator: an 80–100 mm insulated body plus a Carrier, Elinzh or Kaida unit for the −18…−20 °C mode. The main advantage of a light truck is a category B licence: no category C driver is needed, so hiring staff is easier and cheaper. Low fuel consumption and affordable servicing in any Kazakh city lower the cost per kilometre. Compact dimensions allow working on narrow streets and entering yards where a heavy truck won't fit. And COND bodies are designed for the Kazakh +40 °C summer — the unit reaches its mode and holds cold rather than running itself into the ground.
