The JAC Sunray is a large all-metal panel van (a Ford Transit-class equivalent) with a usable volume of up to 12 m³. Available with a 2.7 l diesel (150 hp) or a 2.0 l petrol (190 hp) engine and a 6-speed gearbox. Suitable as a cargo van, an isothermal version or a passenger version.

A JAC Sunray comes with a factory panel-van body, so no superstructure is fitted — the work is done on what is already there.
We insulate the load space of a panel van with sandwich panel or sprayed foam, line the walls and floor, and fit lashing tracks and seals. If the factory body is not big enough, look at the N-series chassis for a full superstructure: JAC N35, JAC N56. Locks, hinges, seals and bumpers are in the section components.
