The GAZelle Next is spelled in several ways in Russian-language ads and searches. It is one and the same vehicle.
A completed COND project in premium trim: a refrigerated body 4,250 × 2,250 × 2,400 mm on the long-wheelbase GAZelle Next. The panels are FRP fibreglass inside and out, the floor is fibreglass with quartz grit: a body like this hoses down, holds no odours and does not corrode along the seams, which is why the vehicle was built for carrying pharmaceuticals. With a 100 mm panel the interior is 4,050 × 2,050 × 2,200 mm — that is 18.3 m³, and the vehicle holds 8 pallets. The refrigeration unit Elinge C2 above the cab runs in cooling mode, in winter the cargo temperature is held by an independent Webasto heater, and a temperature recorder logs the whole trip — without that pair pharmaceuticals may not be carried. At the rear there are hinged doors across the full width of the opening and a folding ladder. The chassis runs on propane, with the cylinder under the frame.

More about the design on the page refrigerated vans. Unit specifications — Elinge.
The project is based on a GAZelle Next A21R35, 3,745 mm wheelbase chassis with a 3,745 mm wheelbase. The engine is UMZ EvoTech 2.7 petrol + LPG (propane), Euro 5. Gross weight 3,500 kg — a category B licence is enough.
Body type — reefer van, sandwich panel with FRP fibreglass, external dimensions 4,250 × 2,250 × 2,400 mm. That leaves 4,050 × 2,050 × 2,200 mm, 100 mm panel inside: the panel thickness is subtracted on every side, floor and ceiling included. Usable volume is 18.3 m³, counted from the internal dimensions rather than by multiplying the external ones. In a single tier that is capacity 8 pallets.
The interior lining is FRP. The floor is GRP with quartz grit. Doors: hinged rear doors across the full width of the opening, folding ladder.
The refrigeration unit is Elinge C2 — cooling. Operating range: cooling; +2…+8 °C for pharmaceuticals.
A fibreglass floor with quartz grit does not slip even when wet and has no seams for water to seep into — the choice for food and pharma work where the body is washed daily.
The interior lining is FRP: a continuous surface with no joints or rivets for dirt to catch on. This is the premium build, chosen for food, pharmaceuticals and flowers.
A body with a refrigeration unit carries anything perishable: meat and fish, dairy, ready meals, flowers, medicines. The unit holds the set temperature while parked too, so the truck also suits distribution runs with long stops. Usable volume here is 18.3 m³ — the block above estimates the load in pallets.
This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.
If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Chevrolet Labo, DongFeng C31, FAW 1027, HINO 300. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.
A standard 1,200 × 800 mm europallet, single tier, no restacking. Internal dimensions with a 50 mm laying allowance — a pallet will not go in dead tight.
Inside 4 050 × 2 050 × 2 200 mm · 18.3 m³
The layout scheme is on the right: it shows how the rows sit and how much room is left.
