Two identical vehicles for city distribution. A refrigerated body of 3,200 mm on the short wheelbase — the case where fitting into a courtyard matters more than one extra pallet. The refrigeration unit Elinge C2T sits above the cab in the “Heat” version — it both cools and heats. On the right there is a side door: at a stop the driver unloads from the pavement instead of stepping into the traffic. At the rear there are hinged doors with a folding ladder. Inside the body is lined with galvanised sheet; the floor and the kerb along the bottom of the walls are chequer-plate aluminium. The chassis runs on propane, with the cylinder under the frame.

More about the design on the page refrigerated vans. Unit specifications — Elinge.
The body is built on a GAZ-3302 — GAZelle Business, 2,900 mm wheelbase chassis with a 2,900 mm wheelbase. The engine is UMZ A275 petrol (Evotech 2.7), Euro-5. Gross weight 3,500 kg — a category B licence is enough.
This is a refrigerated body, sandwich panel; externally the body is 3,200 × 2,100 × 2,200 mm. That leaves 3,000 × 1,900 × 2,000 mm, 100 mm panel inside: the panel thickness is subtracted on every side, floor and ceiling included. Usable volume is 11.4 m³, counted from the internal dimensions rather than by multiplying the external ones. In a single tier that is 4 europallets.
The interior lining is galvanised sheet. The floor is chequered aluminium. Doors: hinged rear plus a side door on the right, a folding ladder.
The refrigeration unit is Elinge C2T — cooling and heating. Operating range: down to −20 °C.
Ribbed aluminium flooring is chosen where cargo moves on trolleys: the sheet takes no moisture, hoses down and does not delaminate under wheels. It is heavier than plywood but outlasts it severalfold.
Walls and ceiling are lined with galvanised sheet — the factory standard for a van body: it shrugs off moisture, takes a pallet-corner knock and is replaced in sections rather than whole panels.
A side door changes distribution logistics: at each stop you open it rather than the whole rear portal — less cold escapes and the truck can park tight against its neighbour.
A body with a refrigeration unit carries anything perishable: meat and fish, dairy, ready meals, flowers, medicines. The unit holds the set temperature while parked too, so the truck also suits distribution runs with long stops. Usable volume here is 11.4 m³ — the block above estimates the load in pallets.
This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.
If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: Chevrolet Labo, DongFeng C31, FAW 1027, HINO 300. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.
A standard 1,200 × 800 mm europallet, single tier, no restacking. Internal dimensions with a 50 mm laying allowance — a pallet will not go in dead tight.
Inside 3 000 × 1 900 × 2 000 mm · 11.4 m³
The layout scheme is on the right: it shows how the rows sit and how much room is left.
