The smallest refrigerated vehicle in the range. The Chevrolet Labo is an Uzbek light truck based on the Damas, category B: 1,400 mm wide with a 4.3 m turning radius, it gets into yards and car parks a medium-duty truck cannot. The 2,500 × 1,500 × 1,400 mm body gives 3.6 m³ — two europallets, or a comparable volume in boxes and crates. The Elinge C07 unit sits on the body roof, holds down to −18 °C and switches to heating in winter.

More about the design on the page refrigerated vans.
The interior lining is galvanised sheet. Doors: rear hinged doors with cam-bar locks.
Walls and ceiling are lined with galvanised sheet — the factory standard for a van body: it shrugs off moisture, takes a pallet-corner knock and is replaced in sections rather than whole panels.
This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.
If you are still choosing a chassis, we have the same body on other bases as well: DongFeng C31, FAW 1027, ГАЗель Бизнес 3302, Hyundai HD35L. They differ in payload, frame length and licence category.

A standard 1,200 × 800 mm europallet, single tier, no restacking. Internal dimensions with a 50 mm laying allowance — a pallet will not go in dead tight.
Inside 2 450 × 1 450 × 1 500 mm · 5,3 m³
The layout scheme is on the right: it shows how the rows sit and how much room is left.
This is the smallest class of delivery refrigerated vehicle: 1,400 mm wide, a 4.3 m turning radius, category B. It gets into yards and car parks where a medium-duty truck cannot turn, and it does not require a category C driver.
The limits are volume and weight: 3.6 m³ and a 550 kg chassis payload, part of which the body itself takes up. That is little for pallet work: two europallets fit in a single tier. For boxes, crates and thermal containers on a route of 20–40 stops a day the volume is enough, and fuel consumption and running costs are lower than on any medium-duty truck.

The Elinge C07 unit sits on the body roof: the condenser outside, the evaporator under the ceiling, so usable volume is not reduced. The range is −18 to +12 °C, which suits both chilled and frozen goods, and it switches to heating in winter. Other low-output units can be fitted to a body of this size; the choice follows the temperature range and the power supply.

A 100 mm sandwich panel of our own production, frameless — no cold bridges along the ribs. Inside, the body is lined with galvanised sheet, with a chequered-aluminium kick rail along the bottom of the walls and on the door leaves. The rear doors are swing doors with rod locks; on request we add a side door — on delivery rounds it saves time, so you do not have to walk around the truck and open the whole body for a single box.
