Tail lift installation on a truck and van
Tail lift installation is carried out at the COND workshop in Almaty (1 Kazybayev St): 5–7 days depending on the vehicle, warranty — 2 years. The version is selected by chassis gross vehicle weight, body type and load. A tail lift is also fitted to vehicles with a body from another manufacturer.

Scope of work
- Measurement of the frame, the frame overhang and the body floor height.
- Selection of the version and type of tail lift.
- Frame reinforcement, if the version requires it.
- Installation of the tail lift frame.
- Installation of the power unit and control box.
- Connection of the 12/24 V wiring and remote control.
- Platform tilt adjustment.
- Check of raising and lowering under load.

What affects the installation time

| Tail lift type | A tuck-under needs space under the frame; a cantilever is attached behind the rear edge of the body. |
| Chassis | The frame overhang and the space between the rear axle and the rear edge of the frame determine the version and mounting. |
| Body | On a new COND body the mounting is provided for during manufacture; on a finished body it is made on site. |

12 or 24 V — from the chassis electrical system.
Yes. Dhollandia tail lifts are fitted to COND refrigerated vans on Hino 500 and JAC N120. For refrigerated vans: the cantilever Dhollandia DH-LM and the aluminium low-temperature Cadro rated to −40 °C.
5–7 days depending on the vehicle. The lead time is given after the frame is measured and the version is chosen.
Warranty — 2 years.
