A reefer without a body on a frame: the cargo area of a Hyundai H350 panel van is insulated from the inside along the whole contour — walls, roof, floor and doors. The walls are lined with smooth white sheet. An insulated inner door sits in the rear opening, the refrigeration unit is on the roof, and the evaporator is under the ceiling.

More about the design on the page refrigerated vans.
The base is a production Hyundai H350 panel van with a high roof. The body is not changed: outside the vehicle remains a standard van, and the cold contour is built inside the cargo area.
For a new order the insulation thickness is chosen for the cargo: 50 mm — chilled 0…+6 °C, 80–100 mm — frozen down to −18 °C. Work sequence, lead times and prices are on the panel van conversion page.
The last frame shows a Hyundai H350 cargo area before conversion: bare factory metal without insulation.
The customer’s panel van is converted.
