A light-duty isothermal van for city distribution: a sandwich-panel body, but with no refrigeration unit. A body like this holds the temperature the cargo was loaded at — enough for chilled goods on a short leg, for bakery, flowers and medicines that must not travel in the heat. Inside, the walls and ceiling are lined with galvanised sheet, the floor is laminated plywood, and the rear sill carries lashing rings for securing the load. The rear doors are hinged, on rod locks, reflective tape and orange corner reflectors around the body, an underrun bar and a step below. If cold is needed later, this body takes a refrigeration unit, the panel is ready for it.
