A crane truck on a JAC N120 solves the main supply problem: sites rarely have a forklift. The crane behind the cab lifts the load off the platform and places it where the truck cannot reach — over a fence, onto the second tier of a warehouse, down into a pit. One vehicle instead of a truck-plus-forklift pair.
You pay for it in payload: the crane and its subframe take part of the chassis’ 7,690 kg, and the usable deck length shrinks by the space the boom occupies. So we work the configuration out in advance: what weight and reach the crane needs, and what is left for the load.
COND builds the flatbed platform and the reinforced subframe for the crane, installs the crane on the chassis, runs the hydraulics and outriggers, and fits the galvanised folding boards and side guards. The crane itself is a bought-in unit, chosen for the job by lifting moment and boom reach.
Extending outriggers on both sides: the crane must not work without them or the truck will tip. The subframe is calculated for the crane’s moment; otherwise the chassis frame will crack within the first season.

The vehicle is built on a JAC N120 chassis with a 4,700 mm, mounting length 6,200 mm wheelbase. The engine is Cummins ISF3.8S5168 diesel, Common Rail + SCR, Euro 5, 166 hp (122 kW). Gross weight 11,980 kg, so the driver needs a category C licence.
The floor is flat along the whole length, no protrusions.
This body is not a catalogue item but a project we actually built. We will make the same one to your dimensions: length, width and height are calculated for your cargo and the chassis payload, rather than fitting the cargo to a ready-made size.
We also fit it to your own chassis: bring the vehicle, we take the frame dimensions, build the body, mount it and hand it over with the conversion paperwork.
