Dropside platform on an Italian delivery chassis: a 6.2 × 2.4 metre deck with 600 mm sides. The sides are aluminium, folding on three sides — loading works from the side, from the rear and from above by crane. A guard sits behind the cab, steps run along the frame and a bumper bar protects the rear. This body suits long loads, building materials and machinery that will not go into a van.

New Iveco Daily are not currently supplied to Kazakhstan, so we do not build a turnkey truck on this brand. If you already own an Iveco we will fit the platform to it; our other chassis are in “Vehicles” section.

Aluminium does not rust and weighs less — on a light chassis every kilo of bodywork costs a kilo of payload. It dents more easily than steel, so scrap and stone call for steel, while building materials and machinery are fine with aluminium.

Yes — that is what the drop sides are for. The only limit is weight: we calculate axle load and deck loading so the floor is not punched through.

The platform — yes, the chassis — no. New Iveco Daily trucks are not imported into Kazakhstan. We will fit the platform to an Iveco you already own; if the chassis is still to be bought, look at our projects on JAC, Hino and GAZon.

Yes, the deck is designed to take a frame and tarpaulin, turning it into a curtain-side. Better to decide up front: the frame needs posts and rails, and retrofitting a finished deck costs more.
