Curtainside body on Foton Aumark S85 chassis
The drop-side with tilt on the Foton Aumark S85 is a compromise that covers most supply tasks: the cargo is protected from rain and dust, yet can be loaded from any side and from above. The frame with a sliding tarpaulin is fitted to a 5.2 m flatbed; the chassis payload is 5,155 kg. Slide the tarpaulin back and a forklift can enter from the side along the full length, without driving in from the rear.

Who it suits a curtain-side на Foton Aumark S85
Curtain-side (tilt) на Foton Aumark S85 is chosen when a van is more than you need but an open platform does not protect the load. Packaged furniture, appliances, building materials, profile and pipe, groupage — anything that fears rain but needs neither cold nor an airtight body.
Payload 5,155 kg, 5.2 m deck — ten Euro pallets in one tier. Cummins ISF3.8s5154 with 152 hp and 491 N·m from 1,200 rpm, air brakes with ABS: the truck is built for highway work, not only for the city.
How the curtain is built
Tilt sliding, on a frame with cross members. Inside, wooden battens run along the sides: they hold the curtain’s shape and keep the load from rubbing the fabric. Tensioners along the bottom secure the sheet so it does not flap on the highway or wear through at the seams.
Loading works from three directions: slide the curtain and load along the whole side with a forklift; remove the cross members and load from above with a crane; open the rear swing doors and load from the back. A closed van cannot do that.
What else we fit
Aluminium side guards per safety requirements. On request: stakes for pipes and profiles, rings and lashing rails for securing cargo, tail lift. If the tarpaulin is not needed, the same deck is built as open flatbed platform, and the frame with the curtain can be added later.
