COND, a plant in Almaty (1 Kazybayev Street), builds insulated vans (thermo box bodies) on JAC. Five bodies have been built on the JAC N35, N56, N90 and N200: from a light-duty category B truck to a heavy-duty chassis with a body up to 2.5 m wide.

On the N35 — a light-duty body for category B; on the N56 and N90 — medium-duty bodies; on the N200 — a body up to 2.5 m wide and up to 2.6 m high. Body size is set by the free frame length behind the cab; all bodies built are in the table above.
An insulated van does not produce cold itself — it only slows the heating or cooling of the cargo; a refrigerated truck is the same insulated body with a refrigeration unit that holds the set mode.
Usually 50–80 mm. If a refrigeration unit will be fitted to the body later, the panel is chosen as for a refrigerated truck — 80–100 mm. Usable volume is calculated from the internal dimensions: the panel takes up its thickness on every side, including the floor and ceiling.
Yes, if the body is insulated and airtight: the unit is mounted on a finished insulated body, and the van becomes a refrigerated truck. The model is selected by body volume.
Yes. The chassis is delivered to Almaty, the body is built to fit it and mounted on a subframe. The factory warranty on the chassis is retained; the design change is documented.
From 14 working days. The exact time is given on request, once the body dimensions and panel thickness are determined.
