Refrigerated truck on Shineray

The Shineray T30 and T50 are light-duty category B trucks with a gross weight of 2,490 and 3,495 kg. COND dry freight vans on them measure 3,020 × 1,650 × 1,700 mm and 3,700 × 1,760 × 1,700 mm inside; in a refrigerated truck the internal dimensions are smaller by the thickness of the insulated panel. The weight of the body and the unit is deducted from the payload.

For a body up to 8 m³ at −20 °C — Elinge C1 or Carrier Citimax 280, up to 11 m³ — Elinge C2 or Carrier Citimax 350. The full table is on the refrigeration equipment installation page.

For chilling at 0…+6 °C, 50 mm is enough; for freezing at −18 °C — 80 mm; for freezing at +40 °C outside — 100 mm. The panel takes up its thickness on every side, including the floor and ceiling, so with 100 mm the usable volume is smaller.

Yes. The chassis is delivered to Almaty, the body is built to fit it and mounted on a subframe. The factory warranty on the chassis is retained; the design change is documented.
