COND, a plant in Almaty (1 Kazybayev Street), builds insulated vans (thermo box bodies) on GAZelle. A 4,200 mm body has been built on the GAZelle Next A21R32: 17.6 m³ inside — 6 Euro pallets; on the GAZon Next — 5,200 mm, 26.4 m³ — 10 Euro pallets. The panel of both bodies is 100 mm.

On the GAZelle Next with the extended wheelbase — a 4,200 × 2,200 × 2,400 mm body, 4,000 × 2,000 × 2,200 mm inside, 17.6 m³ and 6 Euro pallets (category B). More volume comes with the GAZon Next: a 5,200 mm body, 26.4 m³, 10 Euro pallets (category C).
An insulated van does not produce cold itself — it only slows the heating or cooling of the cargo; a refrigerated truck is the same insulated body with a refrigeration unit that holds the set mode.
Usually 50–80 mm. If a refrigeration unit will be fitted to the body later, the panel is chosen as for a refrigerated truck — 80–100 mm. Usable volume is calculated from the internal dimensions: the panel takes up its thickness on every side, including the floor and ceiling.
Yes, if the body is insulated and airtight: the unit is mounted on a finished insulated body, and the van becomes a refrigerated truck. The model is selected by body volume.
Yes. The chassis is delivered to Almaty, the body is built to fit it and mounted on a subframe. The factory warranty on the chassis is retained; the design change is documented.
From 14 working days. The exact time is given on request, once the body dimensions and panel thickness are determined.
