A lashing (cargo) track — a galvanised profile with a row of shaped slots running along the body wall. A strap hook or the foot of a load bar drops into a slot, so the tie-down point can be chosen anywhere along the length, not only where a ring was fitted in advance.
The 51 mm slot pitch means the load is secured exactly where it sits, without pulling the strap diagonally. The track is fitted at two or three levels — the lower one for pallets, the upper for light bulky freight.
