A recessed lashing ring in a cast cup: it sits flush with the floor, and when not in use the ring lies in the recess and does not get in the way of pallets or a hand truck.
A 16 mm plate and four fixing points on a 78 × 74 mm rectangle make this the strongest of the recessed rings: the load spreads over four bolts, not one.
