The K-500 arch is wider — 485 mm, for a twin-wheel rear axle. The 970 mm length covers the contact patch of both wheels with margin for variation in rim offset.
The standard size on twin-wheel medium-duty chassis: JAC, Foton, Hyundai. It is chosen from the actual track width rather than the chassis data sheet — rim offset varies between vehicles of the same model.
