The large wheel-arch bracket, 200 mm. Needed where the frame sits well inboard of the side and the small bracket cannot set the arch centred over the wheel.
One arch takes three or four brackets; on wide-track vehicles large and small are mixed to line the arch up by the gap to the tread.
