Pull-out step, 3 treads

A three-step slide-out ladder for tall bodies: refrigerated units on medium-duty chassis with a thick floor panel, vehicles on a subframe, insulated bodies with raised ground clearance.

Three steps turn climbing into the body into a normal stride: the loader goes up with goods in hand instead of pulling himself up by the door pillar. On vehicles loaded by hand that is noticeably faster than jumping off two steps.
