FAQ

Questions on the version: living module, 4–6 berths

With full beds instead of benches and bunks, and electrics for living without a generator: a lithium battery for two days of heating, lighting and charging, solar panels to order. A TBM is designed for the road and short rest, a living module — for weeks of residence.
Six: four in the sleeping compartment on 2000 × 750 beds and two in the day compartment — on the bench and the fold-down bunk. All six sit at the two tables at once. The version for four is 1 m shorter.
The 8 kW heater, lighting, ventilation and phone charging take about 2.2 kWh per day; a 24 V 200 Ah battery gives two days, 300 Ah — three. The water heater and air conditioner (optional) run from the generator or 220 V mains. The heater draws fuel from the chassis tank.
Not included in this version — in the experience of shift crews a washbasin is sufficient, while a shower and a stove take up space and water. A shower cabin, bio-toilet and stove are fitted to order at the expense of the utility compartment.
On the KAMAZ 43502, a 6.2 m module fits only once the usable frame length is confirmed; the version for four (5.2 m) fits without question. For six people the KAMAZ 43118 or Ural NEXT 6×6 is more reliable.
