crew bus

Crew bus, 12+2 seats: GAZon NEXT, Hino 300, JAC N90 (4×2)

A crew bus for service crews and sites with an access road: six double seats in a 4200 × 2200 × 2100 mm module on a 4×2 chassis — cheaper to operate than the all-wheel-drive KAMAZ and usable in the city.
The cost is calculated by configuration: chassis, module length, number of seats, equipment and options.

Technical specifications

  • ✓ A 4200 mm module for the usable frame length of medium-duty chassis with a 3.4–3.9 m wheelbase
  • ✓ Six double seats 2+2 with a 450 mm aisle, a tool compartment at the rear wall
  • ✓ Category C, gross vehicle weight 7.5–8.7 t; on the GAZon NEXT — up to 8.7 t
  • ✓ The same body as on the KAMAZ: 60 mm sandwich, FRP inside, sliding windows, hatch, two exits
  • ✓ 5 kW autonomous liquid heater — one circuit is sufficient for 12 seats

  1. Hino 300 / JAC N90 / GAZon NEXT (4×2) chassis
  2. Van body of sandwich panels, 4200 × 2200 × 2100
  3. Entrance door with a ladder
  4. Emergency exit door

Vestibule 800 mm: entrance on the right, ladder, heater under the first row.

Cabin 3400 mm: three 2+2 rows — 12 seats, a closed tool compartment at the rear wall on the left, the emergency exit door to the right of it.

The arrangement in the drawing is the base one. The number of rows and the positions of partitions, doors and equipment are recalculated for the customer's task and the usable frame length of the specific chassis.

FAQ

Questions on the version: crew bus 12+2, Hino 300 / JAC N90

For sites with a road: substations, quarries with an access road, construction sites, service trips around the region. A 4×2 medium-duty truck uses half the fuel of a KAMAZ 6×6 and is serviced at a dealer in the city.
Hino 300 with a 3.9 m wheelbase, JAC N90 with a 3.8 m wheelbase, GAZon NEXT C41R with a 3.77 m wheelbase. The subframe and axle position are recalculated for each chassis; the layout is the same.
14–16 with a 4.8–5.2 m module on the long-wheelbase Hino 300 XZU730 or JAC N120. Beyond that, mass increases and the payload reserve decreases — switching to KAMAZ is more reasonable.
Yes: the GAZon NEXT C41R chassis with a 3.77 m wheelbase takes a 4.2 m module for 12 seats. For off-road — the all-wheel-drive Sadko NEXT 4×4 with a module for 12–14 seats; for crews of 20 and more — KAMAZ 43502 and 43118.
