Drawing: Crew bus KAMAZ 43118, 22+2 seats (6×6) — side view and plan with compartment dimensions and equipment positions
  1. KAMAZ 43118 (6×6) chassis
  2. Van body of sandwich panels, 5500 × 2500 × 2200
  3. Entrance door with a window, pull-out ladder

In the drawing the cab is on the left; the side view shows the left side, and in the plan the right side with the entrance door is at the top. The seats face the cab.

Vestibule 900 mm at the entrance door: lowered step, handrail, heater under the first row, space for a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.

Cabin 4600 mm: five rows of double seats along each side and one double seat at the rear wall — 22 seats. 500 mm aisle, luggage shelves above the windows, 24 V ceiling lamps above each row.

The arrangement in the drawing is the base one. The number of rows and the positions of partitions, doors and equipment are recalculated for the customer's task and the usable frame length of the specific chassis.

FAQ

Questions on the version: crew bus 22+2, KAMAZ 43118

11 double seats: five rows along each side with a 500 mm aisle and one double seat at the rear wall. The 750 mm row pitch leaves knee clearance to the seat back in winter workwear. Plus two seats in the KAMAZ cab.
Yes. The usable frame length of the KAMAZ 43118 allows a module of up to 6 m without extension; at 5500 mm a reserve remains for the rear overhang with rear underrun protection. A 28-seat module already requires a length of 6.3–6.7 m — this is a separate version.
An autonomous liquid heater independent of the engine: heat is maintained with the engine off. While driving, a second circuit is connected — from the engine cooling system. On request, a 4–8 kW air heater with separate piping is fitted.
Yes: part of the cabin is separated by a partition for tools and equipment, with a separate door and a rack. The number of seats decreases accordingly — see the version with a cargo compartment.
