You see what is being built. To other cities we send a finished vehicle, and the customer sees it in photos and at handover. In Almaty you can come to the workshop at any stage: watch the subframe being welded, the sandwich panel being assembled, the refrigeration unit going on.
Acceptance before payment. You accept the vehicle on site: open the doors, check the locks and the seals, start the unit and watch it come up to range. Any remarks we deal with on the spot, not by correspondence.
No transfer run. The plant is the collection point, so there is no delivery cost within Almaty.
Service by the same people. Servicing the unit, seals, doors, repairs after an accident — all of it here, by the crew that assembled the body.
In summer the city holds a steady +35…+40 °C. At −20 °C inside the body the difference across the wall reaches sixty degrees, and a unit chosen to the letter of its data sheet runs without stopping yet does not hold the range. So for freezing we take an 80–100 mm panel and a unit with a margin of cooling capacity.
The second point is where the vehicle spends the night. If that is an open car park in the sun, the body starts the morning already warm, and the margin on the unit has to be larger than for a night in the shade or in a shed.

Yes, and we recommend it. Production is in Almaty at 1 Kazybayev Street, weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00. On site you can look at finished vehicles, walk into the workshop and see your own body at any stage — from the frame to the lining.
Nothing: you collect the vehicle from the plant yard yourself. There is no transfer run because production is the collection point. To other cities we send the finished vehicle and delivery is quoted separately.
Here, at Kazybayev. Servicing the refrigeration unit, replacing seals, repairing doors and locks — all done by the same crew that assembled the body. There is no need to drive to another workshop.
